AWARDED – City of Oregon City – Clackamette Emergency Boat Ramp Repairs
Project consisted of emergency repairs to the end of the boat ramp. After an isolation barrier was created the existing end ramp sections were removed and stored upland. Excavation was performed to design grade, geotextile fabrics were installed in heavy current by divers, structural fill was imported, boat ramp rails were repaired, existing ramp sections that were not damaged were replaced, new ramp plank sections were provided and installed by MIC (underwater). Class 2000 and Class 50 rip rap was brought in and strategically installed to prevent erosion. Closure pour and grooving was performed by MIC. Work was performed on time, under budget and at the satisfaction of the design engineer and owner. Zero loss time incidents.
