MIC is currently seeking to fill the following positions:

Senior Estimator
MIC currently has a requirement for a Senior Estimator who will provide leadership and direction in estimating, oversee bid preparation, negotiate contracts with clients and work closely with design teams, if required the candidate will work closely with  owners, engineers and general contractors to provide value engineering solutions across heavy civil, marine and underwater disciplines. As a Senior Estimator you will provide guidance and training to other estimating personnel in the company’s estimating systems and procedures.

Admin Assistant
Provide assistance to the Office Manager. Duties include however are not limited to: answering phones in a professional manner, filing documents (electronically and in hard copy), developing forms, assist estimator(s) and office staff in development of proposal based estimates, put together bids, deliver bids (locally) and general accounting.
